SKA Culture is an independent, China-based creative producing unit set up by Simon Kirby in 2007.

We work with both Chinese and overseas artists and arts organisations on a wide range of arts and cultural projects. Our focus is on:

• high calibre creation
• visual and cross art form work of contemporary significance
• inter-cultural dialogue

SKA Culture develops projects with partners, in networks, or in flexible project teams with artists or with other producers, programmers and curators. The SKA Culture core team is:

SKA Culture charges professional fees for working on partners’ projects. We raise funding and sponsorship for our own projects.
